The second
build.
I pieced Command Center together for my own shop and hard-coded a lot of TDO into the walls. You asked me to recreate it for you. This time it starts with a master plan, and the lessons from the first build. Your tools, your people, your money. Still Command Center.
THE WORK
Rewrite it properly
From scratch, on a better form of the app than the one I run today.
A written master plan first, then we build against it.
People, calls, money, and follow-up land in your instance. Your data stays there.
I host it. Your team is the one inside the product.
YOUR PART
Tell me the tools
The ones you already use. Fireflies instead of Fathom, if that is what you run.
Mail, calendar, money, and the rest of the rails you actually live in.
That is the input I need from you. The product stays Command Center.
WHEN IT IS DONE, AND WHAT A MONTH IS
Three weeks to login. Then one change at a time.
Setup is finished when you can log in and see your people. That is three weeks from the day we start. The monthly seat is hosting, upkeep, and one change that ships to your instance. We finish that one before we start the next. If you stop after the 90 days, you keep an export of your data. Hosting and the shop stop with the seat.
